On Thursday of Holy Week, many Christians share the practice of foot washing in remembrance of how Jesus washed his disciples' feet at the Last Supper. In March 2018, an interfaith group of clergy washed the feet of refugees in front of the White House and urged the U.S. to keep its promise to resettle 45,000 refugees.
